The difficulty in seeking a special home with character is geography. The traditional real estate model is set up with local boards and local experts, which is limiting when your search area becomes flexible for the right house.

Warm Cool Retro has a database and a system to find and catalog homes with character across Ontario.

Miranda stays at the core of your experience, helping to make sure your search reflects what matters to you. Miranda also connects you with thoughtful local agents who share an appreciation for distinctive homes, original character and design-forward living.

Essentially, you get two helpful hands in the process: Miranda’s perspective on character homes and the on-the-ground support of a thoughtful local market expert, at no additional cost to you.
